High purity pseudo-boehmite produced by Zibo Xiangrun is used in various fields, such as:
1. Catalyst carrier:
It is widely used as a catalyst carrier in various reactions in chemical industry, oil refining and petrochemical industry. Typical examples include hydrogenation refining catalyst carrier, reforming catalyst carrier, methanation catalyst carrier, etc. Pseudo-boehmite can also be used as a catalyst after dehydration to become γ-alumina.
2. Lithium battery diaphragm coating
After calcination, a porous Al₂O₃ layer is formed to improve the high temperature resistance and electrolyte wettability of the diaphragm.
3. Adsorption and environmental protection
Drinking water purification: adsorption of fluoride ions and heavy metals (As, Pb).
