BR104s Sulfur Adsorbent is new high efficient desulfurizer which main ingredient is activated Zinc Oxide with appropriate additive used at ambient temperature . BR104s Sulfur Adsorbent is suitable for removing sulfide in synthesis gas, natural gas, oil and gas, convertergas, hydrogen and nitrogen gas, liquid hydrocarbon, liquefied petroleum gas and food grade CO2. BR104S Zinc Oxide desulfurizer is sulfur capacity, high strength, good water resistance, and strong adaptability. It is available at 20 ℃ -120 ℃.

Loading of desulfurization agent
1 Firstly in the upper plate of the desulfurizing tower, put two layers of 10 ~ 20 mesh stainless steel wire mesh.
2 In the screen fill the height of 100 mm 20 mm to 30 mm ceramic ball or porcelain ring.
3 check the desulfurizer, and consider whether you need sieving.
4 with a special tool, the desulfurization agent uniformly filled to the inside of the tower, should check whether smooth, uniform loading; such as the need to enter the tower work, must first lay on board on the catalyst, stepped on to work on board.
5 sorbent surface should be porcelain ball or a ceramic ring is covered with a layer of 10 ~ 20 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and 50 mm thick, 20 mm to 30 mm, in order to prevent the air blowing desulfurization agent, and the uniform airflowdistribution.
